EazyFill Privacy Policy

EazyFill is a browser extension that helps users with repetitive browser tasks, including configured CAPTCHA field assistance, reusable form-filling rules, userscript management, import/export, sync, account access, credits, and billing. This Privacy Policy explains what information EazyFill handles and how it is used.

Information We Collect or Process

EazyFill may collect, process, or store the following information when needed to provide its features:

• Account information: email address, account name, verification status, session status, plan, credits, and subscription status.
• Authentication information: one-time verification challenge state, session token, sync secret, and generated device or installation identifier.
• Device information: browser/user-agent metadata, device status, and first/last-seen timestamps.
• User content: autofill rules, userscripts, profiles, CAPTCHA selectors, extension settings, and sync metadata.
• Website content: selected CAPTCHA image or text, selected page elements, selectors, current domain, and request metadata used for configured assistance features.
• Usage information: credit usage, quota status, task type, result status, timing, errors, security logs, and related operational metadata.
• Billing information: plan, amount, currency, order ID, payment ID, payment status, and payment provider reference IDs.

EazyFill does not collect payment card, UPI, wallet, or bank credentials. Payment details are handled by Razorpay or the selected payment provider.

How We Use Information

We use information only to provide and improve EazyFill’s single purpose:

• Sign in users and verify accounts.
• Manage sessions, devices, plans, credits, and billing status.
• Run user-configured autofill rules.
• Run user-managed scripts where supported by the browser.
• Process configured CAPTCHA assistance requests.
• Save, import, export, and restore extension data.
• Provide optional encrypted cloud sync.
• Prevent abuse, debug failures, improve reliability, secure the service, and provide support.

Local Storage and Sync

EazyFill stores extension data in browser extension storage, including settings, rules, scripts, profiles, CAPTCHA selectors, credits, sync metadata, and account/session state.

Cloud sync is optional. When used, EazyFill may upload an encrypted blob containing rules, scripts, profiles, CAPTCHA selectors, and settings. Authentication/session fields are excluded from the sync payload.

CAPTCHA Assistance

When the user enables or invokes CAPTCHA assistance, EazyFill may send the selected CAPTCHA image or text, the current domain, and related request metadata to the backend for processing.

EazyFill does not promise that every CAPTCHA, website, or form will work. Users are responsible for following each website’s rules and terms.

Userscripts

EazyFill lets users create or import userscripts. Userscripts can access pages according to their match patterns and browser permissions. Users should review scripts before enabling them.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data.

We only share or process data with service providers when needed to provide EazyFill, including hosting, backend infrastructure, email/OTP delivery, CAPTCHA processing, payment processing, security, logging, abuse prevention, and support.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect users, or to protect the service from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Limited Use Commitments

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to EazyFill’s single purpose.
• We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
• We do not use user data for personalized advertising.
• EazyFill’s use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention

Account, billing, usage, and security records may be retained as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and provide support.

Local extension data remains in the browser until the user clears it, removes the extension, or uses available extension data controls.

User Choices

• Sign out of the extension.
• Disable extension features.
• Delete local rules, scripts, profiles, selectors, and settings.
• Export or import local extension data.
• Disable or delete cloud sync data where available.
• Contact support for account or deletion requests.

Children

EazyFill is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
